Orders

Please carefully check all order details at time of purchase – especially your name, address, phone number, credit card/payment related details, and email address.

A quick check over will ensure that your order is completed and delivered without a hitch. If you accidentally enter the wrong information, please get in touch as soon as possible and hopefully I can help to amend the details right away– email hello@lorihakim.com.au.

Re-delivery due to customer error will be charged at your own expense if necessary.

Payment

As an Australian based maker, I accept payments in Australian Dollars only. PayPal is conveniently set-up at checkout to make your online experience seamless.

For your peace of mind, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protects the online store. SSL is a security device, ensuring encryption of all data entered into a protected section of the website. SSL creates a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions.

Credit card numbers from online transactions are not stored. For order verification and identification purposes only, we keep the last four digits and expiry date of your credit card.

Please note, full payment processes at the time of order.

Pricing

Prices are for jewellery items only. Shipping is an additional cost calculated at the checkout.

Colours

I present all jewellery as accurately as possible. It is important to note that different devices and screen settings may cause variations.

All photos aim to show each jewellery item in ‘true colour’. The exact colour may differ in physical form.

Enamel colours can vary due to differences in firing temperatures and minor imperfections in batches. Enamel paint may also differ slightly due to the paint pigments.

In purchasing from the online store, you agree to accept that there may be a slight difference between the actual and represented colour on lorihakim.com.au.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

To ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and in top shape, I carefully package all items for postage. Before sending out, all jewellery is quality checked and inspected for faults. 

In the unfortunate case your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please get in touch with me at hello@lorihakim.com.au. I will promptly provide you with a return address and organise a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Please also take some time to familiarise yourself with the suggested jewellery care here to ensure your piece is well looked after for years to come.

Delivery

I design and make every piece of jewellery by hand. To ensure each piece created is of quality craftswomanship, please allow a delivery time of up to 3 weeks.

Shipping Rates and Providers

The shipping of all orders is through registered mail with Australia Post. Rates for standard postage calculate automatically during checkout. For your convenience, tracking details are provided for your order. Please note that signature is required upon delivery.

Local delivery is approximately 5-7 business days.

International Orders

Currently, international shipping is unavailable. I am happy to provide you with an international postage quote on request.

For enquiries, please email hello@lorihakim.com.au with the items you wish to order and provide a complete address. Note that any international duties and taxes are the recipients’ responsibility.

International delivery is 14-21 business days, dependent on your location.

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges apply to items purchased online at lorihakim.com.au, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

If you need a little help with ring sizing check out some handy tips here .

I am unable to exchange or refund custom pieces and modified designs. Exchanges need to be within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final after 14 days.

Refunds are valid for faulty items only. I personally hand-make and quality control every piece of jewellery on this website. In the rare case that a faulty item reaches you, please contact me right away so I can resolve the problem. Refunds apply to faulty goods only if a repair or replacement is not applicable.

Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer and must arrive via registered post. As a small business, I can only cover the costs of postage for faulty items. Please return your item ‘as purchased’. Jewellery should be unworn and in original condition, including packaging.

Please allow up to three weeks for the exchange to be processed once received.

Repairs

Need your jewellery polished, lost an earring or need a resize? I’m happy to help you. Send through your repair request to hello@lorihakim.com.au and I will shoot through a quote! 

Custom pieces and modifications

If you see something you like and would like to customise it, I’m more than happy to try and help. You may even inspire me with a new colour combination!

Perhaps you need something modified for your comfort, such as thicker earring posts, studs rather than hooks or even clip-ons – just about everything on the site can be modified to suit your individual needs.
