I am unable to exchange or refund custom pieces and modified designs. Exchanges need to be within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final after 14 days.
Refunds are valid for faulty items only. I personally hand-make and quality control every piece of jewellery on this website. In the rare case that a faulty item reaches you, please contact me right away so I can resolve the problem. Refunds apply to faulty goods only if a repair or replacement is not applicable.
Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer and must arrive via registered post. As a small business, I can only cover the costs of postage for faulty items. Please return your item ‘as purchased’. Jewellery should be unworn and in original condition, including packaging.
Please allow up to three weeks for the exchange to be processed once received.
