McClelland design store is in set within the McClelland gallery, a truly unique art gallery and sculpture park set amongst 16 hectares of natural bushland.
This is hands down my favourite gallery in my local area! The unique outdoor sculpture collection showcases over 100 works by prominent Australian sculptors such as Inge King, Lenton Parr, Clement Meadmore, George Baldessin, Robert Owen and Norma Redpath. Alongside this, the indoor gallery spaces accommodate changing exhibitions and collection displays of works on paper, photography, painting and sculpture. McClelland is the only gallery dedicated to sculpture and spatial practice in Australia. It is well worth spending the day here, perhaps even enjoying a coffee at Harry’s cafe overlooking the sculptures.
The design store offers unique, artisan and locally made products along with gifts for children and the family.
Always lots to see and super friendly staff to help you!
Open Wednesday-Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
